Payment
Fusion Psychiatry PLLC is an out of network provider and will not bill insurance directly. Fusion Psychiatry PLLC does not participate in Medicare. If you have commercial insurance a superbill can be provided that includes diagnostic and billing codes to submit to your insurance.
Rates above are billed to your credit card which is kept securely on file in the electronic medical record keeping software. Fusion Psychiatry PLLC on a case by case basis may extend credit. If eligible the full cost of service will be charged rather than the cash at time of service discount rates posted above.
